Ordinariate Use Mass in Preston for the rest of 2015

At the time of the Called to be One Day last year we reported that the Preston Ordinariate group had found a new home at the Carmelite Convent in Fulwood, where my great uncle’s sister had been a nun (Sr. Monica Megan).

The Lancashire Ordinariate blog has now announced:

Monthly Ordinariate Use Mass
Posted by Fr. Masaki

By the kind invitation of the Discalced Carmelite Sisters in Preston, we have been holding a monthly Mass according to the Ordinariate Use on the first Saturday of the month at 9 am.

For the remainder of 2015, the Mass will be celebrated on:

2nd May, 6th June, 4th July, 1st August, 5th September, 3rd October, 7th November and 5th December.

The convent chapel is located on St Vincent’s Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 8QA and is just off A6 Garstang Road, the main route into Preston from the north, from Junction 1 of M55 at Broughton. Ample street parking. Do make yourself known in the sacristy after Mass, and we can have a chat over hot drinks.
