Receptions and Confirmations at Pentecost

In a comment added to a recent post, “godfrey 1099” has made us aware ofsome receptions into the Ordinariate in Canada (Toronto and Ottawa)

St thomas More, Toronto

St thomas More, Toronto

Annunciation, Ottawa

Annunciation, Ottawa

… and the blogmaster of the Portsmouth Ordinariate Mission has pointed out some receptions at St. Agatha’s

St Agatha's, Portsmouth

St Agatha’s, Portsmouth

… and from Most Precious Blood in Borough we have learned the following:

Just one adult confirmation at Most Precious Blood on Whit Sunday but it was under the “Pope Francis clause” by which I mean AC Complementary Norms Article 5 §2:
“A person who has been baptised in the Catholic Church but who has not completed the Sacraments of Initiation, and subsequently returns to the faith and practice of the Church as a result of the evangelising mission of the Ordinariate, may be admitted to membership in the Ordinariate and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation or the Sacrament of the Eucharist or both.”

There are a couple of videos from the Mass on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/preciousbloodSE1

Do you know of any other receptions? Please let us know, if possible with a photo. Thanks.

Congratulations to all the new Catholics and their groups and welcome to the Ordinariates! God bless you and your sponsors.
