National Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham is raised to the status of a Minor Basilica

On the petition of the Bishop of East Anglia, Pope Francis had raised the whole site of the National Roman Catholic Shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham, Norfolk, to the status of a Minor Basilica. In a video on the website of the National Shrine Bishop Alan Hopes reads and translates the decree from Rome and explains the significance of a Basilica.
