Video of Ordinariate pilgrimage to Walsingham

For those who were unable to be in Walsingham this year (and also as an opportunity for those who were there to renew their experience), you can watch the video of yesterday’s pilgrimage Mass in the Basilica of Our Lady of Walsingham by clicking on the screen image below. The Mass was celebrated and the sermon preached by the Ordinary, Monsignor Keith Newton, according to Divine Worship – The Missal.

Sr. Mary Joseph is a hermit who was originally attached to the Ordinariate community in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She now lives in the parish of Our Lady of Walsingham and St. Cuthbert Mayne, Chelston, Torbay.

Both sisters and the late Sr. Wendy Renate were received into the Catholic Church on 1st January 2011 and together formed the first Ordinariate community of sisters. When the Sisters of the Blessed Virgin Mary were received as an Ordinariate Benedictine community, Sr. Carolyne joined them but later discovered that her vocation lay with the Community of Our Lady of Walsingham, a new Catholic community of sisters and brothers based in the Diocese of Brentwood and at Walsingham. Sr. Carolyne made her first vows in this community last year.
